The Passage abgesetzt: Henry Ian Cusick weiter bei The 100?

Vor rund einem Jahr gab es unter The 100-Fans ein großes Rätselraten. Henry Ian Cusick hatte sich parallel zu The 100 eine Rolle in der brandneuen Zombie-Apokalypse The Passage gesichert.

Nach und nach stellte sich heraus, dass die Rolle größer war als zunächst angenommen und es zeichnete sich ab, dass seine Rolle in The 100 drastisch reduziert würde.

Tja, egal, was in The 100 Staffel 6 geschieht, an The Passage soll es künftig jedenfalls nicht mehr liegen. Sollte die Serie bis dato keinen Einfluss auf Cusicks Rolle genommen haben, so wird sie es auch künftig nicht mehr tun.

Wie Fox bekanntgab, endet The Passage nach Staffel 1 und somit mit einem Cliffhanger. The Passage Staffel 2 ist somit vom Tisch und die Hauptdarsteller Mark-Paul Gosselaar und  Saniyya Sidney haben sich zu der Absetzung schon geäußert. Und auch Henry Ian Cusick hat die Absetzung von The Passage schon aufgegriffen.

Hello, friends. Unfortunately, I have some sad news. We just found out that The Passage won’t be coming back for another season. I can’t begin to tell you what a joy it was to work on this show. I was so lucky to work with hundreds of talented crew members and alongside a world class cast. I am truly saddened that we won’t be able to bring you the rest of this story, but we are so grateful that you took this journey with us. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and I can’t wait for our paths to cross again.
